The Division of Organic Chemistry, the Division of Medicinal Chemistry, and the Younger Chemists Committee are excited to be co-hosting “Biopharma 101: Transition to Industry” at the upcoming ACS meeting in San Diego this Spring! In its second year, this half-day symposium will take place on Wednesday, March 26 from 2-6 pm and features an exciting line-up of early-career pharmaceutical professionals. A panel discussion, as well as a networking reception will follow the talks (tickets will be granted first-come first-serve at the symposium).

If you are a student (graduate or undergraduate) and would like an opportunity to be more involved (and have the cost of your registration covered!), apply by March 7 to be one of our three student presiders! As a presider you will introduce speakers before their talks, make sure talks remain within the designated time limit, and moderate questions from the audience. Follow this link (Biopharma 101: Transition to Industry) to apply. We look forward to meeting you in San Diego!
