The ACS has officially opened their nominations for the first Organic Process Research & Development Outstanding Publication of the Year Lectureship Award. This new annual award will recognize the research team of an outstanding article published in an issue of OPR&D in 2022 that demonstrates creativity and impact in the field of process chemistry and related disciplines associated with reaction scale-up. Special consideration will be given to early-career researchers as well as to the originality and impact of the article. The lead author will receive a $2,000 award for the team and be invited to present a lecture at the 2023 National Organic Symposium as well as invited to give a lecture at the 2023 ACS Fall National Meeting in a joint symposium with recipients of The Journal of Organic Chemistry and Organic Letters Lectureship Awards.
