Nominations are now open for the ACS Publication Awards (Organic Letters, The Journal of Organic Chemistry and Organometallics) for manuscripts published in 2020 (2019 & 2020 for Organometallics). The Journal of Organic Chemistry:
Nominations are now open for The Journal of Organic Chemistry annual Outstanding Publication of the Year Award Lectureship, sponsored by JOC and the ACS Division of Organic Chemistry. This award recognizes the author of an exceptional article published in The Journal of Organic Chemistry in 201 that broadly demonstrates creativity and impact in the field of organic chemistry. The award includes a plaque, $3,000 honorarium, and expenses for the recipient to attend the ACS National Meeting in San Diego for a symposium in their honor.
Eligibility: One author will be awarded for an outstanding article published in The Journal of Organic Chemistry in 2020-either in an issue or ASAP. Self-nominations or nominations of work authored by JOC Editors will not be accepted. Coauthors are eligible to submit nominations.

This award recognizes the author of exceptional articles published in Organometallics in 2019 that emphasize the importance of organometallic chemistry and have a profound impact on organic and inorganic chemistry as a whole. The award includes a plaque, $3,000 honorarium, and expenses for the recipient to attend the ACS National Meeting in San Diego for a symposium in their honor.
Eligibility: Preference will be given to faculty and other investigators who are in the early phases of their independent careers. Self-nominations or nominations of work authored by Organometallics Editors will not be accepted.
