Call for Abstracts: Raising Safety in Research Fall 2024 ACS Meeting

Abstracts are desired for a symposium entitled “Raising Safety in Research” to be held at ACS Fall 2024 meeting in Denver, CO. The symposia will focus on strategies that not only address compliance but also aim to empower graduate students to take an active role in creating a positive safety culture. The symposium will include a panel discussion and networking session. The session(s) are being organized by the Division of Chemical Health & Safety (CHAS) and co-sponsors include: ACS CCS, COMSCI, MPPG. Abstract submissions from students, LSTs, EHS, faculty advisors, and administration are welcome. Submit abstracts in Abstract Central CHAS Division. Submissions are due April 1, 2024.
